- What comes in each room?
- Each bedroom comes with a double bed (4ft 6inch), a wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, set of draws, a desk and a chair.
- Are bills included?
- Generally no but we can offer a bills inclusive package if required.
- When is the rent due?
- The rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- How long is the tenancy for?
- All tenancies are for 12 months.
- Is a cleaner provided?
- The houses are professionally cleaned before the start of the tenancy. Cleaners are not provided during the term of the tenancy but we can help to arrange this if required, the cost of which will be passed onto the tenants.
- Is internet included?
- We do not provide internet.
- What letting fees do you charge?
- We don’t charge any letting fees whatsoever.
- Can I pay my rent on credit card?
- No. Rents must be paid by direct debit or standing order so that rents are paid by the 1 st of each month.
- Is there parking available?
- Some properties have off street parking others have street parking. Street parking requires a permit from the local council. See below for instructions on getting a permit.
- How do I apply for a parking permit?
- This can be applied for by contacting Newcastle City Council either on 0191 278 7878 and asking for ‘parking permits’ or online at Newcastle City Council.
- Can I hang stuff on the walls?
- No
- Who maintains the gardens?
- Our gardeners will maintain the lawns and hedges but they will not pick up rubbish thrown into the gardens. It is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure that gardens are clean.
